Services and Engagements

Any software development, AI automation, Business Essentials, consulting, or related work will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, invoice, service agreement, or other signed documentation. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

No Guarantee of Results

We work to deliver professional services and strong outcomes, but we do not guarantee business revenue, funding, traffic, rankings, appointments booked, customer acquisitions, user adoption, or other specific commercial results unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Marketing and business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including audience behavior, competition, and market conditions.

Payment Terms

Payments for our services are due as specified at checkout, on your invoice, or in your signed agreement. Our fees are charged for the labor, expertise, resources, and deliverables applied to your account or project, regardless of the business results achieved. Failure to pay according to agreed terms may result in suspension of services and collection of amounts owed, to the extent permitted by law.

No Refunds

All fees are final. Elite Automations AI does not provide refunds or credits for dissatisfaction with performance, campaign results, unused time, partial months, or change of mind, except where required by applicable law or where we expressly agree in writing to a specific exception. If you believe there is a billing error, contact us promptly at sales@elite-automations.ai so we can review it before any payment dispute.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing or continuing to pay for our services, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or similar bank or card dispute based on dissatisfaction with results, perceived underperformance, or disputes that should first be raised with us in writing. You agree to contact Elite Automations AI and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve billing concerns before disputing a charge with your financial institution, except for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions legitimately reported as such.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this section may be treated as a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services, contest improper chargebacks with documentation of your agreement to these Terms and proof of services rendered, and pursue amounts owed together with applicable fees or costs where permitted by law.

Cancellations and Termination

Either party may terminate services as outlined in your signed agreement, order form, or subscription terms. Where no separate document applies, subscription or recurring services require at least thirty (30) days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees for services performed and for the current billing period through the end of that period or your stated notice period, whichever applies. No refunds are owed for fees already paid or for the remainder of a billing period after valid notice of cancellation.

Confidentiality and Ideas

You are responsible for deciding what information to submit through the website or by email. We respect sensitive business and product information, but formal confidentiality obligations should be documented in a separate NDA or written agreement before detailed disclosure.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, images, layouts, and other materials are owned by Elite Automations AI or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use website materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit harmful code, scrape content at scale, or use the website for unlawful or abusive purposes.
