Elite Automations AI provides services based on the agreed scope of work. Our fees are charged strictly for the labor, expertise, and resources applied to your campaigns, regardless of the results achieved.

The outcomes of these services are influenced by market dynamics and cannot be guaranteed.

4. PAYMENT TERMS:

Payments for our services are due as specified in the agreed terms at checkout.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited based on dissatisfaction with campaign results or perceived performance. By engaging with Elite Automations AI, you acknowledge and agree that our fees are charged for the work performed, not for achieving specific business outcomes.

Failure to complete payment according to the agreed terms may result in suspension of services and potential legal action.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Elite Automations AI shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to financial losses, missed appointments, or campaign underperformance.

You acknowledge that marketing efforts are inherently uncertain and that Elite Automations AI makes no promises or warranties regarding specific outcomes.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure the success of your marketing campaigns, it is essential that you provide accurate and timely information as requested by our team.

Your cooperation in reviewing content, providing feedback, and participating in strategy discussions is vital for achieving optimal results.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All content, materials, and strategies created by Elite Automations for your campaigns are the property of Elite Automations until payment is completed in full. After full payment, ownership rights will transfer to you, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

8. TERMINATION:

Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice as outlined in the agreed contract or Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the date of your

monthly subscription end date. No refunds will be honored or guaranteed.

30-day cancellation notice required for all cancellations of subscriptions.
